Subterra Studios

Co-founder

Together with my team I co-founded Subterra Studios: a Cold War nuclear bunker, built as a safe haven for the Dutch government and royal family, transformed into a 2,000 m² underground complex of seventeen music studios and rehearsal spaces near The Hague Central Station.

We embarked on a six-year research and lobbying process that ended with the city council adopting our plan and investing €2.2 million. Subterra opened in September 2025 and now houses more than sixty music professionals.
